At Jiffy.com, we deliver blank apparel and custom-printed garments to businesses, schools, teams, and events across the country. Our shipping network is optimized to ship from the nearest warehouse with inventory so your order arrives as quickly and affordably as possible.
Below you'll find our full shipping rates, bulk discount tiers, details on our “Ships From” partner brands, and answers to frequently asked shipping questions. Every order is tracked end-to-end, and we send you a tracking number the same day your order leaves the warehouse.

“Ships From” items
We’ve worked with manufacturers across the country and are excited to offer over 3,000 items that ship directly from these manufacturers. This gives our customers a wider selection of products. Items shipped from these manufacturers still enjoy our industry-leading 100-day return policy and customer support.
All items belong to a specific brand and are shipped separately based on where they are stocked. Each brand is treated as a separate order with its own shipping fee and free shipping threshold.

How can I tell if an item is shipped from somewhere other than Jiffy?
You can see where each item is shipping from in the following ways:
- A “Ships From” badge under the item in search results and each product page
- By selecting a brand under the “Shipped From” filter on the left side of the search results page
- Details about where an item is shipping from can be found under the “Add to Cart” button on each product page
- Each “Ships From” brand will have its own section on the Cart page
- The table below lists every brand that ships directly from the manufacturer and not from Jiffy
No Hassle Bulk Discounts
Orders $49 and up are automatically discounted. No need to ask. No hassle! Your total is automatically discounted in the shopping cart.
The discount percentage increases with higher cart totals. Spend more, save more!

Sale Discounts
Sale items are already reduced from the regular selling price. All orders receive this discount regardless of size.
Sale items may receive additional bulk discounts, but usually to a lower maximum rate. The bulk discounts are applied until the maximum percentage is reached.
For example, if a product has a max Bulk Discount of 5%, then 5% is the largest bulk discount to be applied regardless of a cart's total.

Where do you ship orders from?
We ship from warehouses all over the country. When you place your order, we route it to the nearest warehouse with inventory available, which is how we keep delivery times short and shipping costs low. Large orders may arrive in multiple packages so that every item gets to you as quickly as possible.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery dates come directly from our carriers and are based on your shipping address plus the closest warehouse with inventory. To see the exact date for your cart, add items to your cart and enter your shipping City, State, and ZipCode on the checkout page. We will send you a tracking number the same day your order ships.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
The fastest option shown at checkout is always the quickest method we can offer for your address. We are constantly working with our supplier network and couriers to make sure that fastest option is as fast — and as affordable — as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states and only accept US credit cards. If you are shopping from Canada, please visit our Canadian site at https://www.jiffy.com/ca.
Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?
Our warehouses are distribution centers and do not offer in-person pickup. We focus on providing the fastest shipping we can so you never need to leave home to get your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number the same day your order leaves the warehouse. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package gets its own tracking number so you can follow every shipment independently.
