Jiffy January 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO NATURAL PERSONS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE LOWER 48 STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA IN THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO, AND ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS), WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND WHO MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW. 1. Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Jiffy as final and binding. Entrants understand and agree that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is established by entering the Sweepstakes and nothing in these Rules shall be deemed to place Jiffy in any different position from anyone else that has not entered the Sweepstakes. Jiffy’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 2. Eligibility: Participants in the Jiffy January 2025 (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by JiffyShirts.com (US), L.P. (“Jiffy”) must be 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia in the United States. Employees of Jiffy, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited and are subject to change without notice. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii all US territories and possessions. Jiffy reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. 3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting on January 13th, 2025 at 12:01 am EasternTime and ending February 13th, 2025 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by February 13th, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Jiffy’s’s clock shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. Jiffy reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes Period at any time with or without notice to eligible entrants. 4. How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by doing all of the following steps in full: 1) follow Jiffy on Instagram, 2) tag a friend in the comments of this post on the applicable social media site, 3) share this post, tag @jiffy_com and use #CreateWithJiffy, and 4) have a free account created on Jiffy.com. The entrant must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified above, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Jiffy. You may enter the Sweepstakes a total of one time during the Sweepstakes Period. Any entries in excess of one entry per Jiffy account will be invalid. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Jiffy. All entries of the Sweepstakes become the property of Jiffy and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any robotic, repetitive, programmed, or automated systems or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes or contest entry services) to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the case of a dispute of the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the applicable social media account or the email address used to register will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person, assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address or having the applicable social media handle used in the entry. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. 5. Prizes: On or about February 28th, 2025, a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be conducted to select one (1) potential winner using randomization methods selected in Jiffy’s sole discretion. All decisions are final and binding. One (1) winner will receive a Jiffy store credit of $500 USD. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Jiffy’s sole and absolute discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Jiffy to use winner’s name, likeness, voice and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 6. Odds: Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing held from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 7. Winner selection and notification: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Jiffy. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM from the Sweepstakes entry within fourteen (14) days following the winner selection. Jiffy shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner may also be required to complete a W-9 Form to be awarded the prize. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT JIFFY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Jiffy, anyone acting on behalf of Jiffy, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. 9. Terms: Jiffy reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Jiffy may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Jiffy. Jiffy reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these, Rules. Jiffy has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same person, or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Jiffy reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting any prize, you agree to release and hold harmless Jiffy and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the “Released Entities”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Jiffy will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Jiffy shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California ("Section 1542") and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Severability: If any provision of these Rules shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and Jiffy’s fundamental intentions hereunder, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired, provided, however, that in such cases the parties oblige themselves to use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision by a new legally valid stipulation. 16.
