First, I emailed them with a question and they immediately responded. I liked the vibe of their website and their prompt response and the fact that shipping costs were reasonable, plus they pay for return shipping if you don't like the product. Of course that requires you to believe them, and the Google "guarantee" is what I relied on here. Since I loved the shirts, I wasn't able to test their return policy. <br />

We love the BC 3021 shirts! They are so soft! They take HTV well and hold up nicely in the wash. A more trim unisex fit, but it looks very nice on male and female figures.
