I have made these using heat transfer vinyl. Looks great. The white vinyl ended up being see-thru a bit, but it looked fine! The heat made the print from the shirt run onto the transfer paper, but it was not an issue.

My customer really likes these shirts. They are a more fitted shirt - so that being said for the bigger guys size up.

I really liked these Tee,s Super soft. I have bought them before and plan on making another order soon. This time with winter just around the corner I will be buying a heavier Tee. I have some of the heavier T,s already and like them just as much.
