I built up the lower pad with a mouse pad, the same size as the patch. Then I made a shield to go around the patch with old jean material, double thickness to protect the beanie from getting melted. I also cut down the pressure ant time just a bit. After you lift the hat press you can press the graphics with you hand. Great seller. I am selling for $15.
This is a great beanie hat. However; if you're planning on applying HTV to the patch area be very careful as to NOT heat the whole hat, as the acrylic material will stretch a lot and won't go back to it's original shape.
I recommend these - if you’re putting anything on the front, with heat - don’t use a heat press. I followed others’ advicd And used a small hand iron. These are great hats
I put a heat transfer on the patch and it looks awesome! I can’t press the entire hat or it’ll loose its form.
I used the hats to put my brand on. The hats are Amazing quality . Very soft and fits great!! Over my expectations!! Will be ordering more!
I love the hat itself, very nice quality. Only problem is if used on the heat press, it makes permanent markings and it ruins the stretch in that area.
Great hats for your logo
Excellent quality, looks sharp
Work great for printing or leather patches
Always great!
Exactly what I needed. Great quality and exactly like the description
This beanie is perfect for embroidery or printing.
Was unsure about the camp but I love it and so do my customers. All a little different variations color but the ones we got look great.
These were perfect for our local Sheriff's Posse uniform, during the cold MN winters!
Imprinting on the patch is a huge ++++++++ thank you!
I use HTV on these and it works great - just have to be mindful to keep the heat in the patch area.
Did these for the Grommet Vommit podcast. These hats are perfect for adding htv. Comes out amazing just make sure you put cardboard or something around the patch to prevent the fibers from stretching out.
this was a fun new product to use I used def and was very careful to only heat press where the patch was..super difficult but made it work. did cause beanie to melt a little
I used these tuques for a client to add an embroidery design and it took really well. Smashing quality and thickness. Very pleased
Perfect for HTV application on the patch! And so comfy!!
