I used this policy with HTV to make uniform shirts for my mom's new business. They adhered well, though I haven't put them through the wash yet so we will see what happens then. I had to apply heat more often than a t-shirt, but that wasn't too surprising.
Color: Red / Black / Material: 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester
This flannel is nice and thick, so it’s worth the money. I did think it ran a little snug, so I’d suggest going up a size. The sleeves are nice and long, and the back is long enough to wear with leggings. The back of the flannel is significantly longer than the front. I wasn’t crazy about how much longer, but a lot of people like that style.
This shirt is soft and comfortable. It is lighter weight, so it will be great for hotter days. The Eggplant is a nice, subtle purple that looks very professional.
These were used for my congregations uniforms. Very soft and comfortable material. Holds HTV very well. These shirts are true to size. I bought these in 4 different colors and will purchase more.

Poly/cotton polos are an excellent choice for group uniforms/church groups because they provide the best combination of comfort and ease of care. Moreover, they are good for both summer and winter styles. We use them for our church group and the previous color we had was maroon, same style and the color is still strong (we bought it last year and wash every 2 weeks). We used it with a logo and it has held pretty great so far.
