This SMS Privacy Policy explains how DEKEO INC, operating the Jiffy / JiffyShirts brand (jiffy.com, also jiffyshirts.com) ("Jiffy," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with our SMS text-messaging program. It applies only to that program.

About the program

Jiffy sends SMS text messages to customers who have opted in. This is a mixed messaging program limited to transactional and operational notifications tied to your account and orders — for example, order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, production and delay notices, claim, refund, replacement, and store-credit updates, group-order coordination, and account and order alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box on a first-party Jiffy web page (for example, at account signup or checkout). Consent is never pre-selected and is not a condition of any purchase. We record each opt-in with the consent language shown to you at the time.

Information we collect for the program

We collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in and consent record, and message-related activity such as delivery status and whether you interacted with a message. We use this information solely to operate and deliver the SMS program you signed up for.

We do not share your messaging information

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will then stop receiving messages from the program. Reply HELP for help.
