Sale Discounts
Sale items are already reduced from the regular selling price. All orders receive this discount regardless of size.
Sale items may receive additional bulk discounts, but usually to a lower maximum rate. The bulk discounts are applied until the maximum percentage is reached.
For example, if a product has a max Bulk Discount of 5%, then 5% is the largest bulk discount to be applied regardless of a cart's total.

Where do you ship orders from?
We ship from warehouses all over the country. When you place your order, we route it to the nearest warehouse with inventory available, which is how we keep delivery times short and shipping costs low. Large orders may arrive in multiple packages so that every item gets to you as quickly as possible.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery dates come directly from our carriers and are based on your shipping address plus the closest warehouse with inventory. To see the exact date for your cart, add items to your cart and enter your shipping City, Province, and Postal Code on the checkout page. We will send you a tracking number the same day your order ships.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
The fastest option shown at checkout is always the quickest method we can offer for your address. We are constantly working with our supplier network and couriers to make sure that fastest option is as fast — and as affordable — as possible.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We don't ship internationally at this time and can only accept Canadian cards on our Canadian site. If you are shopping from the USA, please visit https://www.jiffy.com.
Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?
Our warehouses are distribution centers and do not offer in-person pickup. We focus on providing the fastest shipping we can so you never need to leave home to get your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number the same day your order leaves the warehouse. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package gets its own tracking number so you can follow every shipment independently.
