I built up the lower pad with a mouse pad, the same size as the patch. Then I made a shield to go around the patch with old jean material, double thickness to protect the beanie from getting melted. I also cut down the pressure ant time just a bit. After you lift the hat press you can press the graphics with you hand. Great seller. I am selling for $15.

This is a great beanie hat. However; if you're planning on applying HTV to the patch area be very careful as to NOT heat the whole hat, as the acrylic material will stretch a lot and won't go back to it's original shape.

I recommend these - if you’re putting anything on the front, with heat - don’t use a heat press. I followed others’ advicd And used a small hand iron. These are great hats

Very nice hat. Cheap! Was hoping to buy a bunch for employees and giveaways. However, the hat runs large. My guys and I have medium noggins. So I'll look for one that fits tighter. For dudes with larger heads this is perfect.

I put a heat transfer on the patch and it looks awesome! I can’t press the entire hat or it’ll loose its form.

This is the most comfortable hat I have ever worn. It's very warm, so don't wear it for athletics or whatever unless you are really in the bitter cold, but it's an absolutely great product, especially for the money.

Love the quality of these beanies. Very thick warm, good material and they don't catch lints like other fabrics do. I have 3 colors and will be getting more.
The colors are exactly like the picture, so there won't be an issue there.

I love the hat itself, very nice quality. Only problem is if used on the heat press, it makes permanent markings and it ruins the stretch in that area.
